Ode to Odes
Oh, odes
You confuse us so dearly
You have more depth than the human mind
Words cannot define you.
You are colorless,
Shapeless,
A tragedy inside a tragedy,
And unexplainable.
The defiant you makes it hard for us to write more.
We sit for hours,
To make you happier,
More pleasant,
Your life expectancy longer.
But you make it harder,
You make us stress,
Use our minds to the full capacity,
We can bare it no more!
So we stop.
Find an end.
The tragedy is over.
Oh, odes
Though we love you,
Care for you,
And even watch over you in the darkness.
Your time has finally come.
Goodbye.
