A Summer Goodnight

A breeze of summer,
The water on your feet,
The heat of the sun beaming down on me.
The swimming,
The Laughter,
The joy of family and friends
Is always the best when you watch the sunset and it’s colorful blends.
They move around so beautiful,
Like a painting.
With swirls so vibrant so entertaining.
They move and dance,
Until they say goodbye.
The sun disappears
And you know the day is done,
They turn into stars saying goodnight.
While they lay there sparkling in the midnight moonlight.
