Him, Her, and Everyone Else
Eighth grade is no big deal
That’s what I thought anyways
But to him I’m a steal
Can’t he forget those days?
When we talk, I can’t tell
He’s a great actor it seems
I thought I knew him so well
But he hides in his dreams
I smile back no matter what
Only to make him smile too
That’s when his shell opens up
I can see his eyes are bluest blue
Since he hides away and never lets me in
He’ll never find my love, I’ll never be his
