Now That Your Gone
Discontent over comes me
everytime I see those photographs
Of myself, displayed happily on the ledge
My smile was so lovely,
my hair was so innocent
I was cheerful - for no reason at all
You musn't have liked that
I'm sure it made you blue
So you took that all away
So that now - in those photographs
my smile is absent
It isn't fake; just who I became
Now that your gone,
I will allow my smile to return
because I miss it, more than you
