Raging Rose
True love is fair and beauty,
But inside a creature rages within.
With the rage she turns,
In a cage she burns,
Like the beauty of a rose in a fire.
Her eyes light up as stars,
With a saving grace from a far;
But it was just a mirage,
A dream that was lost,
And now she's lost and alone.
A creature of rage will surge,
But that’s not really her.
It's her guard against pain,
And when the creature is slain,
A beautiful rose will emerge.
