My Sword
My Sword, My Sword!
It fills me with glee.
Once the villain is killed,
I shout “YIPEE!”
No monster or villain
Could escape my grasp!
But one villain in particular
Made me gasp.
He had large horns,
And a dark green robe
That spread fear
All throughout the globe
I challenged him
With my sword raised high
I shouted at him
“SAY GOODBYE!”
He snarled in my face,
“No hero has ever beaten me!”
But I was determined
To set Earth free.
We fought to the death
I face his wrath
But his, far too powerful
Sliced my sword in half!
My Sword, My Sword!
The blade has been cut!
But, luckily my dagger
Stabbed him in the gut.
He cried out in pain
And feel to his knees.
I had to finish this,
Before anyone sees.
But my heart wasn’t in it
For the prizes in store.
In exchange for his death and his gore.
I told him to go
Head towards south
Don’t let your words
Escape your mouth.
My Sword, My sword!
Don’t you see?
That in exchange for the blade
The world has been set free!
