there between us
lies a line
so steep, so narrow
yet easy so climb
one side beholds simply
what we are
the other-what we were
and my wish on a star
quite real
this shivering quake
out of choices and chances
but crowded by mistakes
guilt numbs me
i could’ve had you
i would give the world to go back
but there’s nothing i can do
is it your fear
or is it your hate
that is holding you back
nothing can relieve me from this state
whatever your reason
please recognize this line
i promise you, i’ll help you
if you’d just start the climb
