today someone wrote on the walls
with blunt swords and crooked claws

they really did not write much
Just short lines of life and such

But the words fit so perfectly
they held a lost part of me

they had their way that burned my heart
and made my world fall apart

they gave me things i didn't know
like the beauty of the fallen snow

things like the love of a child
or the lost beauty of the wild

they told me how to really live
to always love and care and give

they said to show whats inside
and to never try to hide



the walls words were the greatest
though i saw them at their latest

these words here changed my life
and made me lose all my strife

the words strange and strong
they hold me for so long

but really now i must be frank
the walls i see are truly blank
