Our Beds Are Cold, The Night is Young
Laying here awake,
Wanting everything except to stay in this place.
I’m on fire, can you feel the flames?
The window is inviting as ever,
This night is going to be crisp and clever.
Calling everyone that’s up..
Our beds are cold and the night is young.
Sleeping is overrated now, haven’t you heard the news?
PJ’s are no longer cool.
It’s all about tank tops and bikini’s that jingle as we walk.
It’s all about the music blasting; lifting us five feet off the ground.
It’s all about feeling the bass in our cars, and hearing the way it resounds.
It’s all about shooting our souls up to the moon.
Let’s go now, we don’t have to back anytime soon.
These stars can’t write our story for us,
We have to direct the way we move.
