The Loss

As I grab a hold of my stomach
Caressing it like someone is still in there
I sat there silently
Not moving a muscle
My mind starts drifting
Trying to lock my emotions
Frustrated and upset as to why
I throw the "Sorry For Your Loss" cards and watched them fly
My tears starts to leak
My nose starts to run
I try to stop looking at the ultra sound
but it can't be done
I don't know if I can go on
but I have to at least try
I have to move on
but I can at least cry
