Trust
And I see you again,
My old nemesis Trust,
Oh how do I pray tell,
The crimes you've done,
Firstly, you lead good people to madness,
Why? Does it quench your sadness?
Secondly, why be you so elusive?
Does it make your desperate self feel wanted?
Thirdly, you make the prince a pauper,
Why? Do you want gold, silver and copper?
Last but infallibly not the least,
You conduct people to kill,
Because surely you,re thoughts might be so ill.
Are these I ask,
Your jocose ways,
Of telling how fragile is this mind?
Play all your gnarled games with my mind,
But I really need to say thank you,
For never being mine;
And oh! For helping me write this rhyme.
