I'm not the way I seem
Being lost is nothing like the pain I’ve felt
Going to school with a frown on your face
And no one knows why
And no one understands
You feel as if you’ve been thrown in a deep hole
With no way out
Your alone and you feel hallow and cold
As if no one loved you
You come to find the few that are your closest friends
And most the time they can be fake
As you sit in this hole waiting for your last breath
You think of your life
And you think it’s not that bad
Until that horrible night
When all your love and trust
Was taken away
You open your eyes
Because you can’t take the pain
Finally your heart stops
And now you’re where you truly want to be….
Home where people really love you
