Parties for your sake
Salty tears
Broken dreams
Hearts ripping apart
Right at the seems
Ripping wrapping paper
Just like my heart
Ending happy candle wishes
Before they even start
My "special say"
Held high with glory
Crashed and burned
In a parallel story
But you won't ever
Know that tale
I won't put my troubles
Out for sale
So all you'll see
Are happy faces
While knife-to-wrist thoughts
Fill my mind's spaces
