Looking in the sky
Unsure of what I’m seeing
The sun burns my eyes
Memories come fading back
Let it be known
The water is running now
Filling up fate
In an instant it’s you me
Again.
Inhale before it’s your last
Breath
It’s over and
You’re here, you’re gone.
I see you walk by,
Has everything turned cold
Can you sense the fear of everyday?
I’ve stopped breathing by now.
Did you hurt yourself
More than you hurt me?
Well bundle up baby
Winter is coming
And you’re too far gone.
