Clockwork Dream
Our sanity is slowly ripping; tearing at the seams
A trapeze built of imaginings swaying on a dream
Watch your surroundings fade away
Down the stairs of what is seen
If reality is really all what it may seem to be.
You've given up all hope
Tossed away all your cares
But somewhere deep inside you;
Hope is there.
Though the monsters tear inside you,
Clawing away your attempts to cope,
It still swells up inside of you;
The flower known as Hope.
