Hero
He once was my hero.
He was someone I looked up to.
 Someone who inspired me.
He was someone I believed in.
Someone woh I thought would protect me.
 But now all has changed.
He showed me who he really was.
When I needed him the most, he turned his back on me.
He could have stopped it all.
But the words he said, made me doubt myself, like I was in the wrong.
 I couldn't believe it.
My hero stood up for the stranger instead of me.
 His own flesh and blood.
 Tears welled in my eyes.
All I ever dreamed of was for him to notice me.
To see that I was becoming stronger in my mind.
 Becoming a total different person.
And yet he never saw me.
Instead he made an even deeper ditch.
 Becoming strangers with one another.
I began to dislike him for that day. And now I just can't stand him.
One day, my hero will need me, but I won't be there to help him.
So now as I begin to move on in life. I realize that I have no hero.
For my hero taught me a valuable lesson.
Never trust in anyone, cause they will let you down.
