His Black Eyes
His Black Eyes
In his eyes is black fire
A dark ire
But look closer, will you?
You'll be surprised if you do
Behind those eyes
A young boy cries
Living in a frozen diaster
With hope only his dreams can master
They saw only hate
But wait
Listen to him -
His story is sad and grim
He needs love
With peace as gentle as a dove
He saw too much
A rough to abusing touch
He ran away
To end one day
But he found hope
A way to hang unto this rope
And when you look in his eyes
Know that boy no longer cries
