A Birthday Poem for My Daddy
I wish I could be there on your birthday,
More than any other day of the year.
I want you to know I miss you more each day,
I love you and just want you to hear…
I’ll always be Daddy’s little girl you’ll see,
There’s no need to fear.
I look up to you in every way
And though I can’t be there today,
Please don’t shed a tear.
I’m always in your heart
And I know we’ll never grow apart.
