We are all like,
Guppies in a fish tank.
Swimming around and around,
doing the same things
day in and day out.
Content with our daily routines
and secure in our comfort zones.
Satisfied with our surrounding decorations; plastic plants, colorful rocks, and
treasure chests that spit bubbles. Threatened by those more powerful ones
and afraid of being eaten alive.
Enveloped in our little parts of the world.
Stuck; never to be set free.
Apprehensive by those things outside
our little bubble of space.
Always wondering what's on the other side.
Until, and if, we reach it.
