Some people say school is a place to hang out.
I say school is just a place to see friends and get an education.
Some people make mean faces at people.
Some people are always smiling,
But there are always people who do some thing to get attention.

People who get in and out of school suspension
People who get expelled,
Then you have different races.
Some people are scared to make new friends,
Some people talk to whoever the please.
But me I’m different, I think school is a place to get away from home when I’m with my friends I’m fine,
But in class I’m bored.

Now I don’t know who you are but maybe you know me.
I come to school to get an education and to get somewhere in life.
But most of all I come to school for an escape from home.
