Snow falling from the sky
Gets little kids in a tizzy;
But I had to stay inside:
Long car rides are not easy.
We drove until the Killington sign
Came into view;
The smoke we started to see
Made the car ride a to do.
The arms that pulled me out
Were the familiars of my brother;
For it was snowing out
And the clothes were in the fire.
The unknown cars on the road
Were the most helpful for sure
The human generosity presented;
“Put the baby in my car.”
