A Blanket of Silence

A white sheet that covers the ground,
a blanket of silence with no sound.
Trillions of snowflakes fall on the trees,
and the land has a group of white seas.
The sun peeks through the clouds to light up the sky,
and now I must go inside and say goodbye.
