Solitude
Solitude probably to you is peace and quiet
But to me it’s a dark world of loneliness.
I walk down the halls in sorrow
Everyone I know has friends they can talk to
Me, the only friend I have is my teddy bear
Laying there on my bed in a SILENT, dark room.
When I go out to the park . . .
There’s no one on the other side of the seesaw
When I’m at school . . .
There’s no one to joke or gossip with.
Every night I cry my self to sleep
With my friend the teddy bear on my side
Solitude to you probably to you is peace and quiet
But to me it’s a dark world of loneliness
