Forest of Mine

I take off my shoes,
I run deeper in,
No one here but not alone
I run into the forest of my mind.
The colors engulf my soul,
The sounds lift my spirit,
I am free in the wild,
I am free in my mind,
As long as I have the forest,
I will be free.
