I am waiting for love to knock on my door
I have waited long for it to come
And i have a feeling it's on it's way
Every night before i go to bed
I ask the Lord for someone to come
He hasn't come yet
But he is on the path to my heart
Waiting for love to knock on my door
The moment love knocks
I won't hesitate to answer
I will look through the peep hole
Open the door and,
I will take him in my arms and show My love for him
Once i know he is the right one
Things will get easier
But for now
I'm waiting for love ot knock on my door
