that Humanity means Equality
yet we are not treated as so

This I Believe
that Mind is truly over matter
yet that rarely applies

This I Believe
that We are who We are Meant to be
but too many feel the need to change

This I Believe
that all things are are Possible through Christ
but it takes both of you to accomplish some things

This I Believe
that we cannot survive alone
yet so many feel the need to try

  This I Believe
that true love is in fact a gift
but it is not perfect

This I Believe
that all that glitters is not gold
yet it still tempts you

This I Believe
that what is done in the dark comes to the light
but what if it is done in the shadows?

This I Believe
that life is too short
but pain and sorrow surround me still

This I Believe
that a family that prays together stays together
but they won’t always like each other

This I Believe
that love and hate go hand in hand
but they should never touch

This I Believe
that there is a God
but there is also a devil

that one must die for another to live
but everyone fulfills their purpose

that many die too soon
but at least they are no longer suffering

that we all have a purpose
yet we do not know what they are, we can only assume

that everything happens for a reason
yet we may not why

that we know so many faces
yet too few stories

that we judge too much
but judge us and all hell breaks loose

that there is good in everyone
but with it there is bad

This I Believe
that the good outweighs the bad
but also vice versa

This I Believe
that life gets easier
but not before it gets harder

This I Believe
that life is a struggle
but its a struggle worth fighting for

This I Believe
that sorrow is the enemy of happiness
but hope is a friend

This I Believe
that our lives are rarely what we’d like
but we must make the best of them
