Light In Darkness

Love For Family Is Like A Burning Ember
You Think It Is Out; But It Really Never Is

"My Father.........."

Love Hurts Like A Bed Of Broken Nail
It Hurts On The Outside; More On The Inside

"My Father Is Coming Home....."

I Have Become Sensitive To Love
Like A Frightened Dog That Is Hurt

"My Father Is Coming Home From Prison Today."

Love Can Feel Like Drowning In Cold Water
You Can Not Escape But Struggle Anyway

"My Father Is Coming Home......"

The Word Love In Our Society
Means Another Try Is....Denied

"My Father....."

(Later that week my father called to say that he would not be coming home from prison for a while. It was a hard day)
