Peice of Grass

I am a peice of grass
Lost in this feild called Middle School
I don't stand as tall and straight as the others
And don't reach towards the sun
Like other peices of grass
I keep to myself
Only allowing those who take the time
To see who I truly am
Inside this beant over peice of grass
I've been stepped on
Too many times
For me to be as green and bright
As the others
