I Wish I Could
I wish I could say
something more,
but if in my quiet,
I could explore
I’d be unknown.
I wish I could do
something more
but if in my solitude
I could have no remorse
and I’d have nothing to show.
Love,
as I have known it to be,
I wish I could feel
something so,
If it were real
or if it were all faux
and that dream dies with my soul.
