Writing to me is more than pen to paper,
It's a way of life.
It's the only way I can express my feelings in silence
Without my writing
I'm just a prisoner inside my own body
When I put pen to paper
Something inside of me bursts
Nothing can then stop me
I write until I can no longer write
Writing frees my soul
Writing keeps something inside me alive
And without it, I am no more
Nothing more than an average teenage girl.
With my writing I am much more than that,
I am the person every girl wants to be
And the girl every guy wants to be with
But in real life,
Nothing is like this
That's why I write all day long
To escape.
