I look across the vast stretch of water with a smooth rock in my hand.
I fiddle with it between my fingers.
The hard yet silky texture sooths me as I glance on to the dark blue waters ahead.
I would almost feel guilty to ruin the perfection that lays before me so I set the stone back on the ground and watch as the river moves on.
