The world is a mysterious place.
Maybe it just didn't have enough space.
Time as precious as your eyes could've been
Instead I live with guilt for becoming my sins.
Beat on, little heart.
For now we're only a world apart.
You left before you could become whole,
part of you will always remain in my soul.
Never got the chance to be in my arms.
I'm sorry, baby, never meant any harm.
Possibly not meant to be, trouble had swirled.
Lucky little heart, for you never saw this world.
