Shame of the Heart
You were a big part of my life
You stabbed me with your secret knife
I believed every lie you told
You were my fool's gold
You were my light when I was fighting the dark
Now you are just another accent mark
I've gone back to my old ways
The ways that you took, including the fuzzy daze
Its been awhile and I think I'm over you
All the while it's like you can see through
See through my wall that's build to keep all away
Once again, everything is grey
