Transparent Oxygen Bubbles
Bubbles float to the white clouds above her.
Wishing she could join them, her dress twirls.
Spinning around hoping to be taken.
Wind rushes in her ears, and she smiles.
Eye shut, darkness surrounds her as she falls.
They open a second before to see;
To see crystal blue waves, violent in dance.
Tossing their partners back and forth below.
Her smile fades because she knows what’s next.
Her destiny is next bubbles and all.
Pins encase her skin as the water hits.
Her dress gracefully floats along her hair.
Oxygen escapes her lips as she screams
One last smile forms: Finally, I’m bubbles....
