Snow
The fresh powder covered the ground like a blanket of beautiful white covering,
Everyone cheering and screaming, so excited about the first snow of the year.
Snow balls flying through the air, no way to be sure you won’t get hit,
Some people get hit so hard that out of their eye comes a little tear.
Chatter about skiing and snowboarding fills the ears of everyone within earshot,
People overjoyed about possibly getting first tracks in the brand new snow.
Jumps and rails excite the park rats, while the racers can’s wait to get to the course.
Every single person is thrilled about one thing or another because of the snow.
