Ode to Pepsi
December 13, 2017
Sweet, delicious, goodness floods my tongue
as bubbles explode in my mouth
and form a fizzy sensation.
Carbonation air pockets attempt to escape
the mixture they were forced into.
Pepsi. You are a one-of-a-kind taste,
that Coke will never have,
with it?s unsweet, salty taste.
Pepsi, you are the most delicious
soda ever invented.
Not even Dr. Pepper
can compare to your overpowering,
sweet, cola-taste.
Please, my friend, never change,
no matter your popularity or CEO.
Please, my friend, never change.

My godfather works at pepsi, which is how my interest started, but I also just love the taste of pepsi, a lot more than coke. I hope young writers will be inspired by this ode, to write their own odes, of their favorite drink.
