Little Tumbler
Staring at the little gymnasts,
flaunting and showing off their daring moves,
gave hope,
that I could do it too.
Putting my foot forward,
my hands up,
plus some confidence
made me certain that I was ready to go.
As I tumbled around the floor
flipping, jumping, and twirling,
I felt a feeling of exuberance,
making me feel as if I was brand new.
Now, as I looked at the faces around me,
smiles were spread and clapping was heard.
Happiness now filed up all around me
finally realizing that I was a little tumbler.
