I told you it was over,
This was the end.
You were too much like a brother,
And not like a lover.
I thought I loved you,
And you loved me.
It was you who was true,
And I decided to flee.
I left you alone,
Pain-stricken
Shocked.
How could I ever betray you like such?
I am sorry I would tell you.
Sorry for the pain and sorry for the hurt.
And sorry I betrayed you.
