The Debtor
I cannot seem to fathom
what road my life is on
or what this means to me
all hope is nearly gone
I know who owns the blame
to deserve this lot of mine
Grace has no place for me
Mercy's been left behind
I plead for another chance
but Justices casts me far away
I have no one or place to go
but it's my fault to claim
I ask what have I done
as I watch the fading sun
Sink to the bottom of the sea
the grave that is reserved for me
Leave me to take my punishment
of your pain and my own
there is no other price
Forgiveness cursed my home
Farwell to all I've loved
be as well as I am not
Destiny claims victory
of this fatal fight I've fought
