Ice Cream Scooper
When I walk in,
And the music plays,
And I forget all the weeks,
The months and the days
My heart gives a flutter
When I see your face,
And all your different hats,
And your beautiful gaze
Falling on me,
Like a sweet summer haze,
You think I look like an angel
Though that part I don’t play
But it doesn’t deter you,
No; not in one way
The gears in your mind reel
As they take you through the day
And now I think to myself,
As I sit out on the bay,
There’s no other like you,
I just hope that you’ll stay
