Angel's Plea
Nothing was so beautiful as watching her slumber in the stars
A beauty truly undying in winter's grace I'll kiss every one of her scars
Black snowflake of the angry skies where all of winter's dreams have lied
Just a harsh reminder of all the hallowed love where oceans have died
Turning and turning the world will soon die as flames covet the earth
Roses adorn my coffin whilst I sleep unwelcome in my black hearse
Angels lie in the atmosphere and symphonies are drenched in chill
But they know no limits of the rebirth, my everlasting will
Growing on the seeds of resentment, bearing the fruits of times past
How can bittersweet memories resurface when love still outlasts?
