December 7th, 1941,
The day starting with the morning sun,
Run, run! Get to the machine gun!
We are going to fight until they are done!

The sound of chaos rushing all over the city,
The sound of death, screams, and crying, all a pity,
But we did not give up,
We took them down with our chins up,

Bombs, bullets, explosions and blood was like nothing on that day,
the damage they did to us, oh they would have to pay,
The morning sun rose higher,
In the background, you could hear the choir,

Oh, you came to the wrong place,
This is our military base!
We will take you down!
We hope you all drown!

Turn around, and go back where you came from,
What you have done is what you become,
The day that will live in infamy,
Will soon later on, become our victory!

I tried to write a ballad poem about Pearl Harbor.
