Favorite Quote:
“People always ask me if I’m into sports, and I say, “Well, isn’t writing a sport? If you’re doing it right, and you have a deadline, you should be sweating.”

― Jarod Kintz

Black life flows from the pen
Characters open their eyes
They struggle right from birth
Their short lives full of lies

The scene of the struggle
The house painted in words
Never to evade their fate
They're trapped like birds

They think they're escaping
The word on the page
The writer's the master
The Hero is caged

WOW, this is awesome, I really like it, it kinda made me think of Homer versus Odyseus as Narrator versus hero. But again this is great keep up the good work.
