A Poem For Him
You are mine.
You tower over me.
Your laugh is a song to me, that I long to put on replay.
Your eyes, a perfect picture in cased in deep brown song played by a bass guitar, accompanied by a green electric guitar, that only I can hear.
Your smile that brightens any room like he sun has raised higher, even if we are miles apart.
Your hair long or short I will always love its clean, silky feeling in between my fingers. When you playfully swoosh your hair out of your face, joined by that confused look on your face as you see me smile.
Your lips are eloquently soft and preach the words of truth and wisdom, always giving me incite and profoundly claiming your aspirations. Only allowing you to speak confidently to every song.
Those lips spoke the words of our song time again and again.
just like your strong arms that gently wrap themselves around me and protect me.
Your warmth and scent is a thick aroma that is a gentle reminder of your presence.
You and I, as our eyes met that fateful day, I became yours and you became mine.
