The Ballad of Miranda Graves
Oh Miranda Graves;
Why are you so fun?
Remember where we used to play
Out in the fields we run?
I’ll always cherish that day.
Oh Miranda Graves;
Why do you always smile?
That one you always make
That drives the boys wild
Yet I’m yours to take.
Oh Miranda Graves;
Why are you so occupied?
With all the work you do?
You know you’re always on my mind
When I sit here, waiting for you.
Oh Miranda Graves;
Why have you been away?
It has been so long,
Since you came to stay.
Where did I go wrong?
Oh Miranda Graves;
Why are you so sad?
I can see tears in your eye.
Just remember the times we had
So you won’t always cry.
Oh Miranda Graves;
What have you done?
I’ve try to tell you
But you listen to no one.
Your actions have consequences too.
Oh Miranda Graves;
Why have you lied?
Do you think this is a game?
Are you trying to corrupt my mind?
Cause it’s driving you insane.
Oh Miranda Graves;
Oh why Miranda, why?
Why create these lies?
You’re starting to cry,
Miranda, tell me why!
Oh Miranda Graves;
Why are you filled with hate!
These lies tear us apart!
These lies you had to create!
These lies are tearing my heart!
Oh Miranda Graves;
What is it like to be alone?
How’s it feel to be miserable?
Why haven’t you known?
These wounds are incurable!
Oh Miranda Graves;
I must have been blind
To play your silly game.
But since I left you behind,
You’re as dead as your name.
For your words cannot harm
What I thought was love.
But now, I’ve realized your charm
Revealed to be a dead dove.

I was inspired by one of the Killer's song, The Ballad of Michael Valenitine, so instead i thought of a relationship spiraling down into chaos. I have never expirienced a relationship like this or ever but I always thought this could happen to me. Miranda Graves came to me since I thought of a girl's name relating to death. The Oh Miranda Graves part came as a voice in her head. Enjoy.
