I WILL WALK,I WILL MARCH
The road ahead is endless,
And the journey may leave me breathless
The mountain in front un-trekked,
And it may leave me wrecked
But they can’t scare me
Lest stop me
I will walk, I will march
And there’s no turning back.
I may be rewarded and applauded
Maybe spotted and admired
But waiting for them can’t be afforded.
I will walk, I will march
And there’s no turning back.
I may be stopped and teased
Ridiculed and taunted
Nevertheless, I will move on.
I will shake it off and carry on.
I will walk, I will march
And telling you, there’s no turning back.
One day I’m certain
I will be enjoying life for a while
As I look back and smile…
I had walked, I had marched
And I had never turned back.
