But She Didn't
I thought she’d walk through the door,
but she didn’t
I thought she’d come and talk,
but she didn’t,
why is it that our expectations always fail us?
or is it only me?
either way, it isn’t fair
then again, who am i to decide what is to be prejudice and what is not?
i cannot even say something when i wish to
perhaps this is the feeling that the mute have
hopefully though, at least their realities are reflections of their expectations
i pray to god that they have at least that
what about me you ask?
i stopped living for the fun of it
because i thought she’d walk through the door,
but she didn’t
