Brown Eyes
Back when I first met him,
I didn’t feel anything between us.
I just thought I would be friends with him.
Fellow firefighter bond, friendship,
You know?
But, we started texting.
Hanging out, talking more
And I developed feelings for him.
His personality,
His advice,
His presence,
His Everything.
But one thing stands out to me most.
Oh…. them Brown Eyes.
Them Brown Eyes I get lost in.
Them Brown Eyes that make me feel like I’m drowning in hot milk choc.
Them Brown Eyes that sparkle every time I look at them.
Them Brown Eyes I can never get enough of.
