We’ve got YouTube and iPhones,

But what happened to you and I?

We have Facebook, but are we

Showing our true faces?

Snapchat? We’re going to snap

If we keep chatting like that.

Twitter? Yet we ignore

The birds tweeting outside.

Connection?

ERROR.

Paradox detected.

Tumblr? Our relationships

Are tumbling.

Reddit? We’ve read it more 

Than we’ve read any book.

iPad, iPod, iMessage on iPhones.

It’s an ‘I’ generation.

We’re more connected than we’ve ever been.

Yet we’re lonely. We are the loneliest we’ve ever been.
