shrink
Once upon a wondrous while ago, you and I ventured through life together. We climbed towering peaks, soared over treacherous trenches, braved this wide world with its unthinkable
tasks. How good those times had treated us! How high I’d soared with you!
But these times only last so long, yes. The world had more to offer than
little old me, with my oddball personality and meager skillset.
Of course you couldn’t be held back by the likes of me!
You needed a navigator, not a dreamer. Someone
who would bear the ship through heavy storms,
someone who would meet these threats
(yes, threats) head on. No longer
could I tag along with you
(would being a different story).
So, naturally, I became
just another
dot
on
the
map.
